The Georgia Public Service Commission provided special Universal Service Fund grants to the Heating Energy Assistance Team, Inc., Project SHARE, and HopeWorks to assist low-income natural gas consumers served by gas providers (marketers) on the Atlanta Gas Light Company pipeline system.
